Hotel Schwarzer Baer - Hannover

This hotel has a great transportation location, as it is an easy walk to a U-bahn stop with a direct link to the city centre. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was delicious and included fresh bread and juices.

For a city with crazy hotel prices during exhibitions at the Hannover Fair this hotel provided very good value for money - especially if booked in advance. Clean, friendly, and exxcellent breakfast buffet. Close to transportation (trams) and restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent location near Capitol concert venue. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Surprise air conditioning. Friendly staff. Easy public transport access. Nice shops and bars nearby. Good internet. Great breakfast variety.

The Wlan did not work on the 3rd floor where I was staying yet the hotel sold me a wlan voucher for use !!

location was ok

walls are too thin, so I could hear other guests snoring, which was very annoying. Also, the humidity level was a bit too high. Hot/cold water - it was very difficult to set appropriate water temperature

I found this hotel to be great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is located at a main road junction, just two tram stops away from the Markthalle U-bahn station in Hannover's old quarter. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient for my needs. I particularly appreciated the availability of rooms for 3 people with a provisional bed. The breakfast selection at the close-by bakery was also satisfying.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

I liked the friendly staff and their helpfulness

I did not like the fact that the hotel was shut between 2 and 4pm, however the proprietor arranged for an attendant on the two days we were there.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location in central Hannover's old quarter, with easy access to the tram station and near the city center. You'll find yourself in a very good area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. the rooms are clean, tidy, and come equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent, with a range of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel could improve their check-in process, to make sure that guests can access their rooms immediately upon arrival.

The hotel is in a great location, situated at a main road junction in a very good area. It is just two tram stops from the Markthalle U-bahn station in central Hannover's old quarter, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well-priced and provide enough selection for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and offer excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience. I also appreciated the provision of extra beds for three people, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Moreover, the breakfast at the close-by bakery was a nice touch and provided a good start to the day.
